Thanks for all the information, seems 37s will do fine on 25mm offset with a pinch weld foldover and some minor trimming. I'm looking at expedition ones bumper as well.

So pinch weld foldover with some undercarriage liner. With a high clearance front bumper that should work. I'm switching from a Tacoma that I nodded for 33's

So I have read thurens site and a few others , so will 37" tires with a 25mm offset actually clear with minor trimming, no lift yet, in the 2020's ? I know this is not the question everyone wants to hear.
