There is an adjustment for that inside the box. You should have gotten installation instructions with it that shows how to adjust it.
Easy to do, I had to adjust mine also.

Re: Aftermarket ball joints?
I just installed the Carli ball joint at 75000 on the original Mopar ball joints on my 2012. running 35's and maybe going with 37's or bigger tire soon.
I plan on keeping this truck and thought it was a good investment / upgrade. I had no issue with them and no regrets.

Tailgate decal
I had to replace my tailgate after crushing it. Now I can't find the factory decal. Does anyone have any leads on getting one? It's the black and red cut out letters that runs along the bottom tailgate on the 2010 - 2013 trucks. I checked on line and can only find the one that Supdec Grafix sells , ...

I like the fill valve location. I'm stealing that when I do mine.

Re: Winch no worky
Good "fix" on the winch. Nice to DIY and it works. Now for the big question...do lockers work? :D Thanks! The lockers do work. I've used them a handful of times so far. I recently changed the gear oil (Amsoil 75-90 in front & 75-140 in the rear) and cleaned the magnets. I wish I would have added a ...

Re: Winch no worky
20200426_154312.jpg Okay, change of plans. I had the chance to clean up all the connections while on the bench and it now works perfect. So I decided to install it back on the truck incase I would need to use it. I still plan on doing the Albright upgrade but now I can do it with the winch mounted ...

Winch no worky
I picked up my used PW last year knowing that the winch did not work when I bought it. I cleaned the controller plug and pins, checked the power connections on the battery and winch motor. I also did the thermal protection switch bypass with no luck. So I decided to remove it from the truck and go t...

Re: BDS 4" Power Wagon coils
I have the BDS 4" long arm kit on my 2012 & love it. I think it has a smooth ride & flexes great. I up graded to fox shocks also. I get compliments all the time on how well the truck rides when anyone rides in it. The kit does equal a 6" 2500 truck lift but I'm not sure if the spring ratings are the...

Re: Tonneau cover
I like the Extang trifecta 2.0, I've used them on all my trucks. They don't fade or become bridle like others. Folds up nice and really easy to handle.
I know its not a rollback. If you search around you can find them for under 350. Well worth it!

Will do! Thanks for the heads up on that.Retired BLM Rig wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 4:53 pmWelcome to the forum! Whenever you get around to ordering the locker bypass, be sure to remind me that you need a little extra length on your axle harnesses to accommodate your lift kit.

Hello from PA.
I picked up my first ever PW this past June from a privet owner out of Florida. I always loved theses trucks & made it a priority that my next truck would be a power wagon. It's 2012 SLT with 4.56 gears, 50.000 miles no rust and a very clean carfax. I added a 4" BDS long arm suspension lift kit, Fox...
