Perhaps order your bearing parts from Mopar Online. I've even heard bad things about Timkin 3rd party parts these days. If you order Mopar, at least you know you are going to get OE spec.

Also, I check measurement from bottom of rim through center of hub up to the bottom of fender flare. This ensures a vertical line and takes tire pressure out of the equation.

If you installed Thuren short arms, check your caster settings at the cam bolts. You could have one side sitting tall and the other laying back down low. I know there are some people on here with 37x12.5 on 3rd gens, 3" Thuren coils. Not sure if you can still run the BDS long arm if they were designed for a 6 inch lift. Also. Not sure about that wheel off-set as it effects fender contact. I'm in a '13 4th gen with 37 x 13.5, I'm +22 offset with 17x9....
