Re: Another Exhaust Option

My cousin and I put a ken belle super charger in my uncles 2011 challenger RT. We also put a set of those cut outs in his exhaust. They are awesome. I’m not sure of the brand. They were for 2.5” pipe.

Re: Headers
I been looking at them for years. At one time, you could clink on the link and go see the headers and y pipes. About a year ago. They changed their website. And you couldn't clink on the link anymore. It would be best if you gave them a call to find out for sure.
I too have been wa...

11.5 swap

I’ve been searching quite a bit and haven’t found a good write up. I’d really like to find good info on years of 11.5 interchange, and if there were any differences by year, from 3/4 ctd or 1 ton, man/auto, or 2wd vs 4wd, trim packages? I realize there probably isn’t a whole lot to it, but I’d rathe...

Re: Rr bump stops and air bags

It’s a done deal. Carli long travel bags are in, along with OEM bumpstops. Just waiting on boogie bumps soon. The Carli bags seem pretty expensive, but everything is very high quality and went together nice. I’m happy with the ride quality now. I’ll be towing some decent weight in a day or two. I’m ...

Re: Rr bump stops and air bags

Yeah, I’m warming up to the idea of replacing the Firestone’s with Carli’s. So long as I can bolt boogie bumps in trouble free. I’ve been stubborn about replacing something that works, but truth is I’m really not satisfied. To save face, I bought the truck with the Firestone’s already in. I read abo...

Re: Rr bump stops and air bags

Sorry, I should clarify. I currently have an 06, stock suspension, Firestone bags w/Daystar cradles. The problem with the Firestone’s is they use the OEM bump stop space. To use the boogies I’d have to make outboard brackets. That’s not a problem, although I suspect the Daystar stingers would be eas...

Rr bump stops and air bags

I’m amazed there isn’t an effective solution. I tow a lot. I want to off-road a lot. I daily drive my PW. I’m not interested in timbrens. I like tuning my bags psi for each load. I don’t intend to race my truck, but the desert is a big place and it would be nice to comfortably pick up the pace somet...

Re: GVWR and Payload

I have 2 06 rams 2500’s. My PW and a 2wd hemi. They both have close gvwr. My PW is very new to me, so I don’t have a lot of experience there, but I’ve exceeded my 2wd rams gvw constantly. I’ve had over 1.5 tons loaded at the dump scales and towed about 50% over max ratings. The truck does fine. I we...

New PW owner

Hey all. I just bought a stock 06 with the exception of air bags. It’s only got 57k on it. It’s clean inside and out. This is by far the most luxurious vehicle I have ever owned. I have owned a stock 06 2500 2wd, 6spd standard, Hemi, quad cab short bed since new. It is 100% manual and basic. I insta...
