No hood lights or roof lights EVER!!! Center lights are long distance pencil beam, outters are for pattern and aimed slightly toward the ditch. Perfect for my use. I do search and rescue with my truck.

Thuren control arms. Synergy steering kit, tie rod and drag link. I had already installed locking hubs, Carli ball join...

I tried the chalk test with nonsense results so I just go by the tire load chart.

Well of course! That little connection is just to get the rope started on the drum, when winching you need to keep at least 6 wraps on the drum!

Re: KC Lights intermittent on while switch off
could be a bad relay if you are using them for all circuits.
I had an intermittent light also. It was the relay, I opened up the relay and found a way small surface mount relay wired inside???wtf?? Was supposed to be a 30A relay .....

Re: New rims and tires
I am going to cut the lower control arms off and install the lower thuren's to match the uppers already installed.
Rusty, what kind of blade did you use in your sawsall? Aren't those hardened bolts and sleeves? I think i can get 5" wheels for my angle grinder which should make fast work of it.

Re: New rims and tires
OK after more research I finding different info some say pos caster is forward leaning some say rear leaning. So confused. More research is needed! I remember now, the arms on this truck were not OEM, the Thurens are just a tad shorter so the axle did rotate back a degree or two. Just got back from ...

Re: WTB - winch mount for my 2006 mega
That's kind of what I thought after posting the photos. A power wagon winch mount will not work on a CDT, the intercooler takes up all the space necessary for that. I got that specific mount because I did not want to get a massive new bumper just to mount a winch!

Re: New rims and tires
Darn, you are correct,I was thinking positive caster was front lean but it is rear leaning of the suspension. I could only get 2* caster with the arms that were on the truck now it's probably close to zero  Funny, I did a reference tilt measurement on the knuckle with one of those little magne...
