The 2014 blues

Went to two dealers yesterday during my travels looking for a price on trading my 06 for a 14 (rolled 120k miles) the dealer in Orangeville On. Told me that they have never had a Power Wagon in their yard, ( which is BS my ignition switch was fixed there!!!!) A Chrysler Canada rep was also their yes...

Re: Rear diff piled up. Dang it.

These 10.5's seem to have the odd one that is a POS. we a have 3 dodge 2500 gassers at work and my PW and one grenade'ed the rear-end at 73000km, mine has 120000miles the other two trucks are in between in mileage. The work trucks tow heavy all the time too the could have as much as 7 tonne behind t...

Re: 05 PW upgrades!!

Cutting metal to fit tires is just what should be done. LOL. Your choice of Rock Monster rims is excellent. They are very expensive and weigh even more. Trust me, I know. I bought 6 of them. The tire and wheel combination will be right around 150lbs. However, they are hands down the BEST wheels to ...

Re: How to install this diff cover

I have this cover on my truck and its quite a heavy piece and looks quite nice under the truck. The only clearance issues I had was with the track bar frame bracket on full compression of the drivers side, so I put longer bump stops in and trimmed them so they touch 1" before the cover hits the fram...

Re: Badging delima

I can remember some of the things that were said back on DTalk about people badging there POS's as Power Wagon's there were some bad things said about the non PW , PW badged trucks. So I suggest you ask a jeep guy if you can badge your truck as a jeep

Re: Help want 37's

Ok put 35's back on to check for clearance when flexed and looks like 37's will go in the front but the rear may prove to be a problem. The 35's are thouching the box side at the front of the wheel wells hen fully flexed, even tried to loosen the box bolts and pull it forward as far as it will go wi...

Re: Diesel Engine Swap

I had an old member as me to look into this for him and the diesel that is in the jeep liberty would be the easiest if you have an auto, the liberty diesel uses the same transmission as the Wagon's. Less HP but lots of tourqe and not any heavier than the hemi

Re: Engine RPM controller?

Using the diablo to adjust RPM when needed is a PAIN IN THE A$$ it takes to long to go through the program and set new rpm and then to setting back would take just as long. Roughly 5min or more

Re: Bedsides= tree magnets! Seriously considering a rear win

As much as I am like every one else and want a rear winch my highlift is mine for now even though you may not be able to skid the truck sideways you can use it to keep it from going any farther. One of the nice things I have found with my side impact bumpers (ie. rock rails) is using them for side w...

Re: Bedsides= tree magnets! Seriously considering a rear win

Just woundering if any one has thought of using your highlift jack. It's a free rear winch cause you have it anyway. When I got mine I went for the 60" xtreme so I had more length for pulling not for lifting, I just keep about 80' of various straps for pulling and a spare 90' of 7/16 cable. ( three ...
