New PW owner in Wyoming

Post by POk3s » Wed Aug 22, 2018 2:00 pm

I have to give it to you guys, I used this forum a lot when researching power wagons and making sure it's what I really wanted! So many forums are outdated and have lack of posts, this one seems to be doing well, with lots of great info to go around. I'll mostly be here to learn, but hope to be able to help as I get more acquainted with the truck.

My name is Trent and as the title says, I live in Wyoming. I'm not one to find a reason to go off reading and beat my truck up, but my addiction for hunting and fishing made it a necessity for a truck that was BUILT for off road. I'm switching over from a 2012 GMC 2500. I loved the truck, but with 132,000 miles on it, I was tired of beating it into the ground during hunts with rougher terrain! I bought a 2017 with 18,5000 miles on it with all the bells and whistles except the ram boxes. I like things to stay stock, but will probably upgrade the wheels...and whatever else you guys talk me into

With all that said, I'm excited to see first hand experience from PW owners and learn a lot more about the truck.

-Trent

Honk if you see a white PW with a green sled in the back. :)

Spend a lot of time in the Snowies in the winter. Looks like I'll be heading to Togwotee mid-December. Usually get out to Alpine/Jackson once or twice a season too.
