No tire stays at it’s manufactured diameter when you set 2,000lbs on it

Thanks to everyone for the advice and all the help with this. Here's how it ended up! I'll post more in the official Power Wagon Picture Thread.

Exactly what I'm hoping for! I went with the AEV wheel because they state it will allow fitment of 37s, and they didn't mention cutting being required...
I remember reading it had to be a 37” BFG KO2 because they run small. Toyos run true to size or even bigger. This is probably where the discrepancies are coming from.
I've never seen a true to size tire.. hell i think my 37s are actually 35.75 when run at a reasonable pressure. They are 36.5 before you put the truck on em.
BFG is notorious for being smaller than other brands in the same sizes. I think the consensus is Toyos run “closer to true size”, but not “true”.

I've seen conflicting numbers, but I think the current PW rims are +44, or thereabouts. The AEV Ram wheels are +27. So about 17mm less offset than stock.

Thuren suggests the Power Wagon wheel is from +42mm to +57mm (odd to list a range, but he does) - I bet the AEV offset is better than a lot of the guys who go with +18mm since they stick out less.

Oh crazy, subforums... I though the AEV's were +18. I'm looking at CJC's custom (cheap) raceline for dodge which are +20 for 37's.

At +18 your right ontop of the pinch seem. At +20 i didn't have to trim but i get some very very very slight rubbing (like radio off to hear it) at hard lock. I think it's still the sway bar. AEVs are +27 so you'll probably get some light rubbing in the same places. Best for no rub chance is probably +18 and a willingness to modify the pinch seem a hair. (And a 12.5 wide tire)
