As far as how they compare to the MTR's, I'd say it's too soon to tell exactly. Noise level is roughly the same going down the road and the MTRs don't see to plow as much into corners. I haven't had any adverse weather here, or ventured out in the mud with them, yet. When that time comes, I'll let you know how they compare side-by-side.
So far, I think they behave very similarly to the KM2s in the winter. They still slide a little bit in the corners, but I don't think as badly. They claw through the snow just as well as the KM2s and handle ice in the same manner. I've got them all aired to 35 psi, as I found that's where the full contact patch comes into play.
I haven't had them "off road" yet, since everything here is still covered in snow/ice. When the construction season comes back around (hopefully soon, because I'm getting REALLY sick of all this white crap!), I'll be able to give a better report.
