SCOTT,,,, Just got back into reality/slight depression and finished reading your write up... SUPERB!!!!!!! Thanks for taking the time to write it!!!!! So fucking proud of you brother!!!!!! Looks like the PW held its own!!!!!!! I want to thank you for keeping me in the loop with the pictures during the event, even though I did not respond to a few of them, I did want to thank you for the kind words, and including me in the trip... I am so glad you got my position in the UA, and am so happy you kept me in the loop!!!!! Thanks for taking the time and sending the daily pictures... I OWE YOU ONE!!!!!!!!!

I look forward to the day we can get together and do some wheeling with the PW's AS discussed over the phone, I am planning my 2015 summer around the schedule as discussed. Might even be hitting Moab at some point in the late spring.

THanks to all on this Registry for the kind words during this loss of life. It was a shame that I got the bad news, and even more for the loss, but I feel that it was the right thing to do (Family first) I turned in my notice to not attend the UA event as fast as I could after I got the news, knowing that if Scott got chosen, he had a SHIT TON of work to do to his rig. I think It all worked out as best as possible, and am so excited that Scott got to do this amazing opportunity...

I will be putting in my application for the UA 2015 in hopes that I can get accepted, but if not, I felt that the write up that I just read from Scott, I certainly lived vicariously through him during the event. I THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SEND ME THE UPDATES OF THE TRIP, DURING THE TRIP!!!!!!!

Thanks for representing the Power Wagon community for the UA event 2014!!!!!!!!! You kicked ass my friend!!!!!!!!!!

I know you dumped a ton of money in your rig, and you did it with pride!!!!! AND then beat the fuck out of it, just cause you are "that guy" that knew he had to "repressent" SO KUDDOS to you SCOTT!!!!! Job well done....

Thanks again for everything....

Mike

I have a question I know the rear flexes crazy but how did it ride with the coil overs, what brand are they and what pound springs. Just thinking about later when I do my custom flatbed if I should just keep my flexy rear springs I just spent a bunch of money on. Lol. Probably will keep the leafs but always interested in other options.

The thing rides and drives like a dream. Very smooth. It does ride just like an opposing track bar JK because basically it is the same thing.

I used Bilstein Race Series shocks. I will have to look up the poundage again. When I ordered them it was a complete guess as I just didn't know at the time. I hit it perfect though. I will have to change them soon after I finish the "expedition" reconfiguration. T here will be more weight on the back then!

Sorry, been gone for some time now. It kinda got halfway done and then I pulled it out of the shop this weekend as I need to outfit it to pre-run my October trip am leading. Most of it is easy, but I haven't had time to do much of it. Or anything else for that matter. I'll put it back in the shop after my October tripand get it done then. The fact I am not going to do a roof top tent now (sorry Mike) made the upgrades and re-configuration easier!

P.S. The first articles on the Ultimate Adventure in 4 Wheel and Off-Road are out in the latest edition if anyone is interested.

Talked to Scott last night, He is busy as hell (like me) and steadily working on his rig,,,it should be freaking sweet when complete with his "adjustments" looking forward to seeing some pics.
