Choke Cherry Canyon Summer 2012
Putting together another Choke Cherry Canyon gtg. Currently I'm looking at the weekend of June 23rd-24th, 2012. Anything sooner than that, is already taken for me. Last year, we did a one day trip. Everyone that joined, was from Albuquerque and just drove up that morning and back down that evening. What I'm thinking this year, is possibly a 2 day deal. We would still be based out of Farmington, NM, and do Choke Cherry one day and maybe run up to the Silverton/Ouray area the other day and do some very scenic trails. Choke Cherry is not so much a network of trails (there are some "trails"), but more a large network of obstacles. The thing that I think is nice about this, is that everyone can get to everything, but you don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with. At minimum, I'd like to get together to do some wheeling at least for one day at Choke Cherry Canyon.

I'm hearing crickets on this thread. I hope I don't end up on this trail ride all by myself. Actually, so far there's at least one 4G that will be there with me (not on the forum, yet), and possibly some hardcore buggies tagging along.

Sorry bud, I hit this thread when you first posted and needed to check dates and then missed coming back to it. I think we're in. That weekend looks open so far. I'll ping Ted on it. Don't know if he's fixed the Jeep yet or made any progress on buying a PW.
