By the looks of the specs on the Mickey Thompson site it seems 8.5 in is the minimum.

They will fit. Many are running 12.5" wide tires on stock wheels.

I run 12.5 on my 2005 and 2019 power wagons. Both on stock rims.

No issues with anything on the rims. They fit 12.5 just fine.
