This is a camper/toyhauler & a portable hunting camp/fishing camp/Harley hauler/crafts persons dream. We bought it new. Sleeps 4. 1 front queen size bed. 2 roll over bench/twin beds. This camper needs nothing. It is ready to go as is. 4 good tires, EZ Lube axles (one zerk x 4 delivers grease to inner & outer wheel bearings) Everything works. 2'x4'x8' pass through storage area w/triple access doors,A/C, furnace, gas/elec 6 gal hot water heater, Bathroom: toilet, separate sink, separate tub & shower, medicine cabinet w/mirror. Double kitchen sink, 3 burner stove w/cover & vent hood, oven underneath, microwave oven, circuit breaker panel box, 2-30lb propane tanks, outside RVQ grill, Separate fridge & freezer, 100 gal fresh water tank, 32 gal black water tank, 32 gal gray water tank, all with electronic fill level indicators, 2 Gp 24 deep cycle batteries, solar panel to help charge batteries, plenty of storage, wardrobe, pantry, full size spare tire under rear (like on a pickup), 12 in floor tie downs, 8 fishing pole holders, Checkered flag awning, custom carpet to cover entire tie down area (brand new, never used), i also bought some flexible vinyl flooring & cut it to fit cargo area & have used that over the stock floor since new (to keep factory floor fresh). Water tank is HEAVILY REINFORCED & you can travel with the full 100 gallons of fresh water & never have to worry about it letting loose. ( i do this because i don't trust others water). This is not a high end camper, but it has everything you need to camp in comfort. This floor plan is no longer avail, which is sad because it simply works & is better than any i have seen today. $1000 worth of Reese weight distributing hitch with anti-sway bars is included. Rear ramp has 2500 lb rating & i made some custom chains so you can use as a giant table if you want, also includes ramp room. Also have a 32 gal portable waste tank on wheels that i will throw in, if you want (use this if you stay at one place a while & want to empty your tanks but not move camper). We are looking to downsize now that kids are grown. Asking price $ 18,000 or make reasonable offer.
