.308 SOCOM II, sling, bi-pod, front pistol grip---(both slide off the rail with the push of a button), Barska 10-40x50 Mil-Dot Illum Ret, 10rd mag & some 20 rd mags, soft case. This thing IS NOT a tac-driver. It will put all rounds on a 8.5"x11" piece of paper at 100 yds. It only has a 16" barrel. It is designed for Urban Type settings. Hate to sell it. But i am NOT registering it. I'd rather sell it. I am thinking $2400 firm. It has only had 100 rds through it. It also has a retractable shoulder rest, when in use on a bench, this gun can be fired with just one hand, the ported barrel makes it come straight back, VERY COOL. It is loud. Did i mention it is LOUD ? LOL :D

I am willing to drive 3-4 hrs to help with delivery.

I will not sell to anyone that has been convicted of a crime, has a domestic violence charge, or any type of restraining order against them---past or present. DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOU HAVE. VALID DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIRED FOR BACKGROUND CHECK & A Copy of it for my records (to cover my ass & my job if it ever gets stolen or used in a crime). I WILL BE CALLING YOUR STATES STATE POLICE TO VERIFY. Power Wagon Registry members only. Sorry for all that but it is what it is. I can't take any chances on this.

Keep it and don't register it. Screw the government. Just don't open your mouth about having it. Who knows, you may end up needing it in the near future...

I have a similar weapon(M1A standard) and my way around registration if I PCS to NY or CA is put either a bullet button on it or take off the magazine release, then it's not an assault weapon because it doesn't have a detachable magazine. You can load the gun from the top using stripper clips.

OMG!!!

That's a SCARY rifle. It look like it could actually KILL something! Why would ANYONE need a rifle like THAT? Are you a DOMESTIC TERRORIST???

And that caliber, isn't that the same one USED by the MILITARY??? All that's good for is DEATH!!! And, it holds too MANY BULLETS! Why do you NEED more than ONE!

And if you HUNT ANIMALS with it , are you some kind of MENTAL CASE???

I'm sure glad you don't LIVE near ME with guns LIKE THAT!!!

OMG!!!

:poke: OMG, did i mention that i am moving to Chino Valley, AZ ???

Yes, i do hunt animals & hopefully with this one too. I also EAT THEM !!! Imagine that !!!

Yes, it is the VERY same round the military uses. It makes it easier to get ammo when SHTF, just take it from the dead guys !!!

NO, i am not a terrorist. Just a normal red-blooded
American, who is a carnivoir & likes to target shoot & hunt !!!

As we speak, all that is still legal------but that is subject to change !!!

Scope was more than the gun. Reviews are VERY good on this gun. Anywhere from 1/2 MOA-1 MOA @ 100-300 yds. Read one where the guy also had a $4000 gun & a $2000 scope & it did not shoot any better than this one !

Scope is in.................................. Scope is on......................... Mounted on an Arma Lite 30mm EX0022 one piece HD Weaver mount/rail. I LOVE THE FEATURES OF THIS SCOPE !!! It has to be the clearest/brightest scope i have ever seen. Can't wait to get it to the range to break in the barrel. Then see what it can do/i can do. I reset the trigger to 1.5 lbs. VERY crisp & VERY smooth.

http://www.leupold.com/hunting-shooting ... illum-ret/

Some of the features:
Left side focal adjustment.
The ability to: once zeroed at 100 yds, loosen-pull up & reset both L/R & U/D adjustment knobs to 0. So, if making a 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-900+ yd shot, you simply adjust to what ever # you need for that distance (found with practice & noted), then just crank it back to 0 & you will once again be dead on at 100 yds.
The TMR reticle ROCKS IMHO. http://www.leupold.com/img/reticle/49/large/
It has a design that, when the illumination is turned on (1-8), you can use it in bright spots & not even see the illumination---yet when you swing the reticle to a dark spot (tree or shadow or dark bldg, it is on & can be seen easily.
The ability to turn the illumination off, in between each # setting. Eliminating the need to go through all the #'s to turn it off.
Fog Proof
Water Proof
Shock Proof
Flip up lens guards
In the center of the reticle, the cross hairs do not quite touch in the very center. This is for shooting very small targets or targets at very long range.
Power adjustment is claimed NOT to affect point of impact.

Had it bore sighted. Only took 4 clicks down & 1 click left for boresighting. Store claimed the EX0022 (extended range) on the scope mount meant that it gives me extra height in the front of mount for very long range shots, as some scopes (but probably not this one) do not have enough vertical adjustment.

VERY exited to try this out. :excited: LOL :D

That's why NM is still the wild west. No gun registration. I think it's a requirement to own a gun however. ;)

God I miss NM. Legal conceal carry in your car. But if Santa Fe had its way we would all be like California.
