Two 4.5", 4200 lumen each, round LED lights, mounted on SDHQ A-pillar mounts. I modified the mount, to be able to adjust them WAY out to the sides.
Mag-Hytec 6 qt rear diff cover with cooling fins.
G-56 shift boot has just been replaced by me, with a HD atv cv boot.

2 sets of tires & rims. Factory alum Alcoa rims have never seen a winter. Still have fact BFG's on them-no issues. 5- alum Atlas rims w/5 Cooper STT's. All in stock 285/70/17 size & have 30-40% (?) left. Even wear.
Fab Fours rear bumper, tiny bit of rust.
Also have:factory: rear bumper, control arms, steering shaft.

The good: I ordered this truck new. I have the original build sheet & dealer brochure (remeber those-lol). I have maintained this truck since new. It has always had synthetic fluid throughout. I have always changed it early. Trans oil has been changed 3x in 45k. Diff oil, about 3x in front & 6x in rear diff. T-case oil has been changed 3x, & (just the other day). Never had the death wobble.

The bad: It leaks  Rear storage pockets fill up with water when it rains. 3 tiny dings in tailgate (from opening it when there was ice on the bumper).

Thinking, just thinking, about a new one. What do you think it would be worth? Selling outright? Trading in? Have not been to dealer yet.

 Well, the wife just dumped this in my lap: maybe sell my current truck, trade the 2017 TRD Off-Road 4Runner, get a PW & go back to just 2 vehicles ! She is under the impression  that they will give her what we owe on her 4Runner !!!

Oooof, yeah with such a new vehicle you guys could very well get burned a little trying to off it already. Your still kinda in that “just drove it off the lot” territory, when the vehicle immediately depreciates thousands of dollars as soon as you signs the papers. Probably wouldnt be a bunch, but might have to bring some money to the table to get rid of it this soon.

You might be able to get around $28,000 or so selling it outright; there was a similar truck on here a little while back (think it was auto trans).
The problem is there are too few people that really know what a PW is worth.

Toyota's are supposed to hold their value - if you got a real good price when you bought there is a good chance you could sell 4Runner outright without loosing. Myself, I don't trust dealers with trade-ins at all.....

In some states (like Michigan) extra vehicles can get expensive just because of the insurance, so if you can get by with 2 vehicles that is great.
However, I do like to have spare vehicles "just in case" (have 2 trucks, 2 minivans, and a new Jeep Compass Trailhawk right now :P )
Trucks: 2003 4x4 Dodge 3/4 ton, 1972 4x4 Ford 3/4 ton (factory hi-boy), shopping for new Power Wagon (or may wait for 2020 model? - 75th year special edition?)

i dunno. i feel yer gonna take a big hit on the pw. customized trucks are alot like framed art. it's all a matter of what the buyer will pay, not what the seller wants.

and your better off holding onto the 4runner being less than a year old.

I've been trying to get $20K out of mine with the 6.1 in it, without luck. Mine is rust free and only 67,000 miles on it. And it's a Laramie, with no serious wear marks or cuts in the seats.
