Great clearance for the winch cable. Never rub the bumper.

Re: Power Wagon Specific Aftermarket Bumpers
Aaaaaaand, denied! Expedition One, LLC tried to charge me a 3% "restocking" fee despite their stated cancellation policy at the time being 2%. They also claimed they've been trying to contact me via phone and email and that I have not responded. I saved all of my correspondence with them showing otherwise. What a sorry ass company, they give a black eye to all of the businesses out there who absolutely bend over backwards for their customers.Reloaderguy wrote: ↑Mon Nov 19, 2018 5:31 pmFunny story...Expedition One is challenging my chargeback. Apparently they think I owe them $2200 for a bumper they never delivered.

Re: Power Wagon Specific Aftermarket Bumpers
They actually claimed that I never responded with confirmation to the cancellation so the bumper went to final production. Very weird, if the bumper was made why didn't they try to deliver it to me. What is even more weird is that if they produced the bumper on time, why did they change the lead time on their site to 14 weeks (and a 10% restocking fee)? The CC sent me a copy of their statement disputing the chargeback, it's just an outright misrepresentation of what took place.
