Anyone need a Fluke 87V meter?

I submitted an offer on the one below and it took a couple days to be returned. Meanwhile, I purchased another one that was almost as good of a deal before my offer was accepted. My offer was $200 plus the $13.66 shipping. If anyone needs a great meter, I will go ahead and pay for it and I can ship to you when I get it. So, looking at about $225 shipped to you. I think it's a great deal. This one says it's new without box or manual.
