Wiring some lights...

Post by wtfhammer » Sun Oct 14, 2018 7:16 pm

this might be a little complicated. I would like to replace the factory fog lights on my 2013 with 4 2" led pods from blackoak. I would like one of the pods on each side to run as normal with the factory switch(on low beams as intended). On high beams, I would like all 4 pods to be manually activated by switch on the dash. Possible? how would I wire the low beam pods to fire with the switch when they are already wired into the factory switch? thanks

T in a diode on the factory side of fog light power source. Use the highs to trigger relayed switched negative to all four pods. Powers for high fogs from keyed power.

Baja had some instructions for their led pods to replace the fog lights. Probably similar.
