They are going to look great. Did you go 8 or 10 inch width?

Did you buy them or did AEV give them to you to be part of their corporate branding at PWIM?

Next thing you know he will be pulling Thurens springs for the AEV dual sport kit

I like those wheels. Better than their other style imo. Your truck will look good with them!

If I had really thought about it. I could have retained my factory towing performance and factory ride.

I think these are going to look great. And personally, I like the offset. But for now, I'm sticking them in the garage. Next to my scrap wood, so they can get covered in saw dust because my dust collection isn't set up yet.

Awesome. Good tires. I ran them in a 37 on my JK. Those are going to look sweet.

Ha ha, you guys crack me up, never stop.

Those wheels look good, I'm trying to justify new wheels but I'd rather the $$ go to 5.13s or 2.5 Kings.

I've been trying to buy another set of stock wheels, but the price is always too much. I kept coming out to $800 or so with shipping. Although those ones listed here just recently are a really good deal.

But for $400 more I could just get aftermarket wheels. And I don't need beadlocks. And I've liked the Katlas for some time. And no this isn't sponsored by AEV. I bought these. I'm probably gonna get a heat reduction hood and then I'll be done buying stuff from them.

I feel my position on AEV has been consistent.

Whoever is their product designer is the Johnny Ives of the automotive aftermarket. I'll say that.
I just don't like the lift. And they know that. We've told Paul that. They're still stand up folks over there.

But I don't mind leading Marcus on, because it drives him nuts. :thppt:

Also, I'm more likely to drive straight into things than to pop a bead off the tire.

About the time I feel like I've done enough to my truck I see your truck pop up again, and I realize I'm such an underachiever...

I've been running the Red Letters for a couple of years on my LX450 and about 6 months on the PW. Really like them as a desert southwest tire. Original pattern gave a real pucker factor if caught in snow/ice thou and a nice massage traveling under 15mph. X3's are better in both regards.
