Nope. It’s a continuous weld around the nuts to the center unit. I suspect it’s going to need a new drag link to adjust it.
Not the case with this guys drag link “repair”. I cant tell if its bubblegum, jb weld or an actual weld.

Regardless, what a joke.
That's not the worst. Check out this post >>

All you need is a good tack weld with a MIG.

It’s not as complete a weld as I thought, but it’s pretty solidly in place.

The V06 recall calls for a weld the length of one flat on the nut on each end of the collar. I'm not letting them do it on my '16 3500 yet, as there is still the possibility of an ACTUAL fix somewhere down the road, according to my dealer service manager.

They actually had to buy a welder for this recall. How much practice time do you think the techs had before they struck an arc on a customer's truck???

Maybe 5 minutes of practice if you are lucky enough. "Hey, I made sparks." "Ok , you're ready to go, NEXT!"

gents, I think I'm finally in the market to replace my linkage as well (knuckles to the pitman). Glad I found this before I decided on DOR...sorry Rusty. DamageWagon, do you have the part number(s) for the Mopar kit you recommend or do I have to buy individual parts? Going to replace the original damper too.

The whole kit is usually cheaper than the individual parts. I don’t have the number but that should be easy to look up. I use moparpartsamerica.com, they’re local to me and I don’t know if they still ship but you can at least grab the part numbers from them.
