Tell him there is this magical place called "off-road" where people can go and use the features on his truck to go places other normal vehicles can't go. He may be completely lost for words and confused when you say off-road because he is so used to crawling curbs at the mall in the cement jungle.

This one is across the street form my in-laws house. He has owned this truck since it was brand new and it is always shining. He has taken very good care of it. Not sure if he has ever taken out much more than hunting though. Its a beautiful truck.

I can't believe it but yesterday I saw 2 quad cab 3rd gens! A black 05 loaded with toolboxes and ladder racks but in nice shape and a beautiful later 3rd gen in silver with about 6" of lift. Of course I just dropped my damn phone off to have the lense replaced so I couldn't even take pictures! I drove past the 05 4 times hoping to catch the owner out by it but no such luck. I think he's working on a church in town so Im gonna try to get some pics of that one at least. I get excited when I see the third gens just because their what got me obsessed with getting one to begin with. Just bad ass trucks IMO. Don't get me wrong, I love my 4th gen and I needed a newer truck with lower miles for dependability and less rust issues. I'd still love to have a nice clean 05 quad cab and a vintage 40s through 60s PW. One of each would make me happy! Anyway, I'll be looking for them again to get pics and I'll post as soon as I get em.

I've never seen a PW in that color! Actually never seen any Ram in that color now that I think about it, aside from municipal road department trucks. Most of the time those are purchased in fleet white and painted yellow, red, orange or whatever color their fleet is. Everybody has their own idea of what looks good and I really like how they look without graphics (even though mine came with them) but it just seems like that's a whole lot of yellow and it could use something to break it up a little. Just my opinion though. I'm actually gonna pull the 4X4 OFFROAD decals off of my quarters just to try to clean it up a little but there's still a lot on there. I d like to pull all of em but the one on the tailgate but I'm just gonna live with it.

Power Wagon sightings

The current Tradesman and Laramie packages are available with many more color options than the graphics-covered SLT trucks. Yellow is one of those options (for the Tradesman).

There was a yellow Tradesman on a dealer's lot in Casper, WY while I was shopping for mine.

Teah the tradesman comes in a ton of crazy colors. I think to minick most fleet type vehicles. A few different yellows, greens and oranges and a ton of other colors. I didnt see too many colors available for the laramie though... those actually seamed quite limited, but probably more than the slt.

I got bored, went to Ram's website and counted.

Tradesman: 31 color options (pretty much the whole rainbow)
SLT: 9 color options (reds, blues, or grayscale)
Laramie: 12 color options (reds, blues, grayscale, and browns)

Wow, 31 colors! I guess they can cover pretty much any fleet with that many options. So are the Tradesmans all manual windows and locks or do they still have different levels of trim packages for them? It just seems like power windows are standard on everything now but I have seen a few 2500/3500s with manual windows.

Power door locks and windows are standard equipment on current Tradesman PW's.

Okay that's what I figured. Thanks
Oh, another question Low_Sky, does your PW have the raised Chrome PW badges on the tailgate like the 3rd Gens or is that a decal? It's hard for me to tell from the pic but I've never seen the chrome raised letters on a 4th gen before. I was considering using the 3rd Gen type on mine because I'm repainting the tailgate after a dent.

Current Laramie PW's have raised chrome letters on the tailgate. Not sure if it's the same font as the 3rd gen trucks, but probably pretty close. That's the only place on the exterior that says "Power Wagon". I thought about removing them, but I think I like them enough to keep them now.

Saw a grey 14/15 this evening. Northwest Las Vegas. Stock wheels but looked like it was running 35s. Had the graphics deleted except for the tailgate. Anyone here?

Saw this used 2011 at the local Chevy dealership. Seemed kind of sad to me that it was sitting on the Chevy lot.

The tailgate sticker only could have been a tradesman PW. That is the only PW identification my '15 Tradesman came with.

If it has the black along the bottom, then it is a SLT with graphics deleted. If it has paint on the bottom, then it is a tradesman.
