Just an FYI for all of y'all. If the mediator says this discussion will not involve financial matters or insurance matters.....don't bring it up like my ex-wife did numerous times.

The mediator was pissed at her for continually bringing it up LOL

Good luck to you. My GF is going throught that now with 'x'. Got 3 kids in college, and he don't want to pay a dime. He's trying to bankrupt her.

I've been through it myself. Good luck! Sounds like she planned on going to court all along. Just from what you said, its ironic to keep bringing up money when she's paying half of mediation.

Mediation was free to us, or Atleast I think it was. It's mandated by the court. Court is scheduled for 10-15 and I retained an attorney yesterday
