Wow! I've seen them tipped over before, but I've never seen the "before" like that. Crazy.

I've driven on Interstate 80 there with the motorhome. It's fun when it's windy! :jawdrop: Have friends in Wamsutter that we see.

That stretch of highway is why i'm glad I have such a heavy truck/trailer.

I've seen a toy(ota) pickup and small enclosed slide over 3ft when the rig was stopped... that was a long drive. :poke:

oh, and I get to do that drive (well, haven't decided if i'm doing I70 or I80 yet) on Sunday.... all the way out to Tahoe.

See it all the time. We got hit hard with high winds yesterday, keep the crazies out, or maybe were crazy for living here?

Power Wagon did fine. But you could feel the wind trying to push the truck. Was driving like it was out of alignment, lol.

Winter storm today, I-80 closed in Wyoming, good time to come out of the oil field , Interstate all to yourself except for the ice and snow drifts

I left Rock Springs Wed. morning and it took about 3 hours to get to Rawlins. The road got closed behind me and in front of me from Rawlins to Laramie. I ended up going to Casper and back down to Cheyenne. Glad I did as I-80 didn't open until Thursday morning.

Still kind of debating if I wanna take 50 to I70 and deal with ski traffic on the way home...
...or jump north through salt lake and take 80 all the way across Wyo to 25, then south...
