"HI!" From Rochester WA

Post by Neo1130 » Wed Jan 09, 2019 9:16 pm

Hey guys, rolling in to say "Hi." Long time lurker and decided to join up and be more active.

Summer 2018 I went on a trip with the family in our 2017 Ram Rebel. Almost 1,000 miles from home in Salt Lake City, UT the Rebel decided to die on us. Barely got it running and went to trade it in on the 2018 Power Wagon.

It's always been my dream truck and I've worked my way up to it. Wish it was a bit quicker but I guess when you're used to a Hellcat and a 450hp BMW, you will think anything is slow.

Good news is you won't be concerned by low gas mileage.

I went to the MECUM auction in Florida this week. Dodge had their "Thrill Ride" display with Hellcat powered cars giving rides. It was quite the show.

Well, out of two Hellcats I ranged anywhere from 11 MPG on up to 25 MPG. Best I can do in the Power Wagon is the low end of what I got in the Hellcat. LOL! And I drive 500+ miles per week just for work alone. Doesn't include weekend trips.
