Joined a month after I took delivery, but never got around to activating account or whatever. Truck remains mostly bone stock, but since it's a Tradesman with the Power Wagon delete option it's not obvious unless you know what to look for, plus I de-badged fenders and doors. Believe me, there are people around here that don't know it's a Power Wagon, even at the dealer. I do believe all Ram 2500s with Power Wagon pkg have "GG" in the VIN? Finally activated account a few days ago.

I actually have a slew of stuff laying in garage I need to install, as a a result of lurking here, e.g. Thruen 2.5 King System, EBC rotors/pads, on-board air, and DOR steering brace. Travel a lot for work and little time to work on it.

Unfortunately, I have issues that are being resolved without much success. In process of replacing Ram Box lids as they are wrapped, under warranty of course. There is a ticking or knocking that develops on a cold start then it eventually goes away after it warms up. Dealer was finally able to replicate it or at least observe/hear it. Tech writer said it was escalated to STAR since mechanic was stumped. Then there is the "4WD shift in progress," the ESC indicator light, and "SERV 4WD" indicator light. These appear usually during a cold start and high humidity or after a rain. Dealer can't replicate either, but has pulled the codes that indicate an intermittent signal. Dealer ends up flashing an ECU to correct fault, but that is a temporary fix for a few days and it starts again. Other forums acknowledge same issues, but resolution is varied from replacing a sensor, short in harness, bent or broken connector pin, etc, etc. I was hoping others here may have experienced these issues as well and had resolutions, but have come up empty handed.

Despite all that, I really like the truck, but that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Welcome, that all sucks. Rambox lids seem to be hit or miss. Most of the people who have warping seem to live in warm climates. I've owned two sets of Ramboxes and don't have any issues with warping.

The HEMI tick is a thing. It's always going to sound like that. It's confusing because if you've come from another brand, like I did GM for instance, that isn't a thing and sounds sort of like a lifter tick.

Appreciate the welcome. The tick is aggravating indeed. If it doesn't get resolved, then no telling it could eventually destroy the top end if not the whole engine. Then again maybe it's nothing and just an anomaly peculiar to 6.4L truck engine. In my mind it's not normal.

The indicator lights are more so aggravating. It seems the dealer I frequent has to see it before they can troubleshoot it. I guess my word, video evidence, and the intermittent signal fault codes is not sufficient.
