Got it in the mail today and it looks real nice and clean. Very well made and I'd say he did an excellent job with this setup. I hope to have it installed by this weekend if all goes well.

Finally got around to swapping the plug over on my harness to a new one Cajun sent me and got the rest installed and buttoned up. After adjusting the relays the lockers worked absolutely perfect. I jacked all 4 tires off the ground, switched it to rear lock, only took about 1/4 turn or less of the tire and she was locked, same on the front too. Can't wait to get it out of the shop on the 37s and play with it now. I change my review to 5 stars! Thanks again Cajun for getting everything straightened out so quickly for me!

Got mine but relays were all loose in the box. Was a long shipment so I'm glad I found that out before I installed it. I will silicone them in and should be fine. Other than that the kits looks great. Good attention to detail. Can't wait to get it installed.

Got around to having my mechanically inclined buddy put my kit in and it's installed but I have no lights in the new relay box and my selector switch lights seem dim. I have an email in to Cajun.. But did anyone else run in to this type of problem? I see stickman had an issue with the t harness plug. But looking at mine, all wires are glued in place
Mine is a 14'

I will add... as it sits right now..while vehicle is running and driving, I do not have any lights on at the selector switches

Somethings not getting power from the battery. Start at the battery wires and then trace them back to the wires at the box plug. You should have lights on the relays even if they aren't sending power to the lockers or dash lights. Also check the little extra wires that go into the relays, mine were very loose and would wiggle out of the little plugs if I messed with my box very much.

Got it!!! Open the control box and found that one of the lil red plugs was not plugged in and the other was plugged on backwards Red wire was in the gnd position The only thing now is that when turned to rear lock, the selector light does not come on, however the green relay box does after I adjusted it . Rear locks in with the test of jacking up the back and checking . Front and rear light works fine as it does lock in great! Maybe I have a selector light that is bad??

Anyway love it and can't wait to put it to the test

Put my kit in today and have the same issue. No power and nothing works. Disconnect light flashes for a few seconds then all control lights go out. What did you find was backwards in your box? Perhaps I have the same issue

Never mind figured to out.
Minor mistake on CajunPW's part. The connectors were backwards on the adjustable relays. Here is a picture for future reference. It's the red connection in the box with the red and black wires Image

Back on the wagon

Post by wrench04 » Thu May 19, 2016 7:53 pm

Overall this is a great kit. Very good fit and finish. Has to do a few extra things to fit it into my 2015 PW like remove the coolant reservoir off the firewall and adjust a few wires but over very easy to install. Had a bolt hole I was able to use to mount the box so that saved some time.
Wire lengths were near perfect. I siliconed the relays in place as they were loose.
Can't wait to try this system out.
Thanks CajunPW and great job!!

So is this kit truly plug and play or what? I have read of several different people having to do this and that to get them working... some which still arnt working?

I can handle running a few wires, plugging in some connections and mounting a box or two... but that is about it electrical wise. I need this to be easy!

Defects aside, there is only disassembly of the OEM airbox and air dam over the radiator. Otherwise the kit installs with plugs and zipties. With that said, if I were to do it over I would solder in an extension to the ground so I could mount the control box closer to the passenger side firewall. I think an angle drill would make installing the control box on the passenger fender easier..

It's plug and play. Mine came in and I installed it by myself in about three hours. And I was taking my time. Mine works like a charm too. Used it tonight to help my salesman make a sale on the '11 I traded in! Although the '11 won't lock In as fast cuz it doesn't have a bypass. I didn't have any wiring issues with mine or anything. The first really was actually set already. Just had to adjust the front/rear relay a little.

Holy shit thats a lot of wire. What, do you have to go all the way back to the rear axle locker plug or something?

Lol, looks similar eh? Yea, most of that is to go to the rear axle, also a good amount to go across the radiator to the battery aswell.

Basically run new wires and couplers to both of the axles. Then connect the control box to the battery. Then turn on the truck and set the relays and the mount the box. I highly recommend mounting the box last unless you want to mount it twice. It's pretty easy to do. Just be careful when you're unplugging the factory connectors from the axles. Oh yeah and you'll have to remove your air box cover and filter to get to the spot when I put my box. It was easier than removing the coolant overflow.
