I haven't posted in a while, but wanted to update with some of the things we make for the new Power Wagon trucks. Not all of this is on the site yet but it's all available. The suspension kit has been on the site for over a year, some of the other stuff is relatively new.

Steering brace - fits all sway bars and torsion bars

Steering linkage - 2" OD .250" wall tie rod, 1.5" OD .250" wall drag link, 4140 HT chromoly hardware with 7/8" heims, totally bolt-in

Suspension kit - 2" lift or 3.5" lift height available on Power Wagons, Hemi-specific coils front and rear (not diesel coils like everyone else), includes shocks, bumpstops, front and rear adjustable track bars, front sway bar end links, and no drop brackets or spacers! Options for better shock packages and adjustable radius arms. Our 2014 diesel shown in this pic, will have post-worthy PW-specific pics soon.

Adjustable front and rear end links - 1.25" OD tube with hex adapters, 3/4" heims on both ends, the largest end links available anywhere. Available in custom lengths too. Picture is of standard end links, PW come without the bracket and are the correct length.

Adjustable radius arms - part of our suspensions, also available separately. Adjust caster and axle position, better tire clearance than stock, and no loss of ground clearance like with drop brackets. Extremely heavy duty, they weigh 93 lbs each. Johnny Joints used for the adjustment. Bolt-in install.

Adjustable rear track bar - 1.5" OD x .40" wall DOM tube with 1" shank Johnny Joints at both ends, bent to clear rear diff cover. Much stronger than stock, and no need for drop brackets. Center your rear axle with any lift height. Bolt-in install.

In the works: Adjustable rear control arms, front long arms, adjustable front track bar by itself, and a 2014+ PW-specific category on the site so it's easier to find what is made for your truck. :idea: I do all of our website work myself so things don't get updated as often as I'd like, but we're beefing up our staff again and I will have more time to stay on top of that. We're the only suspension company that caters to Power Wagon trucks specifically, and we're the only one that actually has a Power Wagon. We're not flashy and we don't advertise at all, but you'll find that our products are built stronger than anybody else's and that comes from our background in rock crawling and trail riding. The go-fast desert scene is very cool, and there are a lot of rigs out West running our parts and full suspensions, but no company has the experience we do with building Ram rock crawlers. We have our own proving grounds on-site and anybody is more than welcome to come by and test out their rigs on our rock garden, hill climbs, RTI ramp, and woods trails - and depending on the weather, a 3' deep mud pit. Everything we make is built right here in Lakeview, Arkansas - we don't outsource anything. It's all cut, welded, coated, and shipped from the same location.

So these arms you have will work with the articulink thing that's on the power wagons? I'd love to get more info on a 3.5in kit. You can pm me if you need

I went to order a steering box brace today. $37 shipping to Oregon is too rich for my blood.

Quick Question, with the 3.5'' lift kit does that add 3.5'' of lift above the PW stock hight or above the diesel stock height?

As far as I know (research wise) this is the best steering box brace. Perhaps you should call him, maybe something better can be worked out...

I'm trying to phase out the radius arms, and just sell the long arms. The radius arms are badass, definitely the beefiest parts we've ever built, but they take way too long to build and there really isn't anything we can do to get the build time down. I have to pull my best guy off of everything for a full day to build one set. It was fine over the winter but now we're going full steam 7 days a week with no down time to work them in. The long arms are something we can build in mass quantities and it will be a better product. I'm finishing up the brackets, they key right into the frame and then you just drill a few holes. Super easy install and they work better, have better clearance, and the price will be much better. In case I forget to come back on here, just check out the site in the next couple of weeks. We have a few sets going out next week and I'll install them on my truck middle of next week. If anybody really wants a set of radius arms, they'll be available for a little while, but truthfully the long arms will be a better option in all aspects unless you just don't want to drill the frame. With the long arms, the Articulink will be gone and you'll have a legit 4 link setup.

Shipping is what it is, we can try to quote it out to a commercial address and see if it's less. There are USPS options as well. We don't mark the shipping up at all, it's quoted on the site through UPS.com and USPS.com in real time. The brace is 20 lbs of steel, in an 18x12x6 box, and we're in Arkansas. Shipping is just too expensive in my opinion, UPS just bumped up their oversize rates again so all of our steering kits and long arms have an extra $10 charge per box. It sucks. They go up 5% every December, across the board. If there is a cheaper option, we'll do it, but UPS has been the best. Order more stuff and the shipping won't seem as high. :D

The 3.5" kit is a 3.5" lift over the factory Power Wagon height. It's a 3.5" lift up front, 2" lift in the back, all new Fox shocks, long arms, end links, front and rear track bars, a track bar drop bracket and drop pitman arm to keep the angles flatter. We still recommend our steering at that height because the heims handle the angle a lot better than factory TREs do. Stock steering will work but you'll probably eat up the drag link TREs every year.

Reloaderguy, send us an email and I can reply back with the install instructions if you want to read them. I keep having problems with PDF files on the site and broken links, thanks for the reminder. I need to research that and see what the deal is. The install is really easy.

Please post pictures of the radius arms and long arms. No matter how good the product is, I won't buy it unless I can plainly see it. An installation video would be great too.
