Power Wagon Registry Discount

Post by djgaston » Fri Aug 29, 2014 6:38 pm

It's been a while since I have been able to get on forums, but with a larger shop and staff now, I'm getting a little more free time. The Power Wagon Registry is the best forum in the world for Power Wagon owners, with a lot of great info. Starting today, and running through December 31st at least, we are offering a discount code to all PWR members. Just use discount code "PWR5" during checkout and you'll get 5% off your entire order. Just put your username in the comments field when you submit the order so we can make sure the discount isn't being abused. We don't do this with any other forum, so I want to emphasize that this is for PWR members only. If we get where non PWR members are using it, then we'll just go to a system where you have to email in to ask for the new discount code. I had to do something similar when non-military people started abusing the military discounts. It's a shame, but that's the world we live in.

For quick reference, here is a direct link to our "Power Wagon" section on the new store: http://dodgeoffroad.3dcartstores.com/Po ... _c_48.html I have some other products to add, but anything in that section will work on your truck. The most popular PW item lately has been our diff covers.

We sell products that we make here in Arkansas, as well as products from other companies like Pure Performance, Synergy Suspension, Carli Suspension, Borgeson Universal steering, several shock manufacturers, and a whole lot more that isn't listed on the site yet. I do all of the website work myself so I've got about a year's worth of products to add, but if it has to do with suspension or steering for your truck, we probably have it.

The products that we make here are short arms, long arms, steering braces, steering linkages, track bars, diff covers, and custom coilover setups. Most of the other stuff will drop ship, which helps us keep prices down. You'll find minimum retail pricing on most parts from other companies. Add the site-wide discount and it's even less. We also try to throw in some freebies for Power Wagon owners - usually a flashlight or something, just whatever we have on hand at the moment. So using the PWR discount helps identify you as a Power Wagon owner.

We use an automated ordering system now, so you get emails when your order is processing, preparing for build, welding, coating, packaging, and shipped. If you have drop ship items, the order will jump from processing to shipped in most cases. If you miss the emails, you can always login to your account on the site and see exactly where your order is at in the process.

Last thing: :nopics:

Here is the most recent shot of our Power Wagon that I have. It doesn't show the long arms or new suspension but I'll get some updated pics before long. It's been so hot lately that I don't even want to be outside when the sun is up. Also we broke the front driveshaft earlier in the summer so it's been 2wd only for a couple of months, which still gets you pretty far! :D

If you have questions about any products, the best way to contact us is through email: sales@dodgeoffroad.com You can also post on here or send a PM, but I can't guarantee that I'll be here every day (I'll try). We also have a new 800 number you can call to check on order status, but it's not a tech line. The ladies in the office answer it and will help you the best they can, and if I'm in the office I'll be able to answer about anything - but I spend half of my time in the shop so I'm not always here. I'll post up the number once we finish getting it setup. It's a PBX system which should help track someone down even though we run out of two locations. Anyway, email is best, and I still answer emails around the clock as I've always done, to try and stay on top of them. Let me know if you have any questions or if there is anything I can help you with. Even if you have questions about non-DOR products, I have some pretty good insight into other brands from my own personal experience, and will be glad to help.

Everybody have a good Labor Day weekend! :patriot:

Thanks, I appreciate it. Took some time to get beefed up to handle the new sales volume but we're in decent shape now. The company went from me, by myself, up to eight of us in about a year, and we're just now getting where a lot of products are going to be in stock. So I'll probably end up hiring another 2 or 3 people in the spring. Plus we're building a brand new facility on the land I bought last year, and tying it all together into one location. Just been a long, hard road to get to this point. But totally worth it, and now we have the foundation in place to build upon.
