Customtronix Customer Service

Post by Reloaderguy » Thu Jul 04, 2019 12:35 am

The internet is most often used to complain so I wanted to share a positive CS experience I recently had.

Last year I installed a Customtronix front camera system. When I did the installation I cut the RCA cable in half on accident. I soldered everything back together and had it working again. My repairs didn't last and the camera stopped working in February. I emailed Customtronix and they two day aired a new cable to me from Sweden. There was some miscommunication and I received the wrong cable. They called me on the phone and I sent them pictures. They again two day aired me the correct cable from Sweden. I tried to pay for all of it but they refused. Great communication and committed to making sure customers are happy.

The system is awesome by the way. The entire 8.4 works while driving, no speed lockouts.

I'm tellin' ya, the front camera is nice. People look at me like I'm a wizard when I parallel park a truck on 40's between two compact cars on a busy street.

Can you post a link to the specific camera you are using? This might be a cool addition to my rig.
