dealer had a couple new 3500 in 6.4 and 6.7. only a couple small changes in drivetrain from what i could tell. the cad motor now has a metal cage over it. front drive shaft at the tcase appears to use something that looked like a cv joint. rear axle is new but appears physically smaller than previous axle . something i never realized is pw uses different front pumpkin than regular 2500. axle tube going into the pumpkin necks down in size from the cad housing. regular 2500 has same size axle tube from cad housing into the pumpkin. you would think they would just use the same axles across the board and save on tooling , molds and additional parts. but then again its the same brilliant morons that require a complete thermo housing purchase for a failed $2 oring.
