You can order one now. It's a a much tighter fit than you'd think.

Don has a picture of the center up on his IG page. I don't have the hawse fairlead in yet and the truck is all torn apart. I'll try to get some pictures up in the next few days but the truck is going to be in pieces until at least Saturday. I only have the center at this point anyway.

Here is the short and sweet, the center section is for a 2010 to 2013 2500 (higher clearance than 2014 to current diesels) with a fairlead welded into the front port. The center fits extremely close to the bottom of the winch and adds maybe 1" past the front of the OE bumper. I still have to verify but it looks like two 3" cubes will fit on each side of the center and still provide access to the winch brake and remote.

Can you get a side shot? The #1 thing i didn't like about this bumper was the underbite effect.

That hasn't changed. Like I said, I think it adds about an inch in front off your stock bumper.

The PW platform is a lot more complicated than it looks. The factory cradle tensions the frame so when you loosen the bolts the frame spreads apart about 1/2". Most bumpers just bolt to the inside of the rails and then run bolts through the outside of the rails. The Thuren bumper cradles the frame rails and pulls the frame back into tension before you re-tighten the winch.

Installation notes:

Support the winch with two 1" ratchet straps over the radiator support and one tie down strap under the winch and over the frame cross member (to keep the winch from spinning down). Raise the bumper with two floor jacks and blocks of wood directly from below. Two or three people is best.

Bleh. I don't like the underbite. But if they put a pushbar mounted on the underbite it'd be awesome!

Don't get me wrong, I like Don, but it looks half-baked to me. The rollers don't line up, going to put another fairlead on it? Remove the rollers? No lighting options. All compromise.

light pod holes typically in the wings of the bumper no?
you should be able to fit two 4 inch bars in each side of the center as well... us PW guys have some give and take, wish we could fit a 30 inch bar and have the winch.

is a fairlead and an inch rise of winch lead an issue?
also, they may line up better then we see on this photo. i noticed the same thing.

Six 3" cubes just isn't enough for some people. Never compromise when it comes to lights, it's serious business.

Fugly looking and seems to be more of a bumper-delete than anything. To each his own...

That picture above, if that is what you are referring to, is an unfinished bumper.

It's not what Don is working on right now. That's the standard. Will got his bumper on and installed beforehand, using the old method.

I double checked today and two cubes will fit on each side of the fairlead and still allow access to the break and remote. The outers hold another cube per side. If you need more light you can bolt a light bar to the top.
