Solid AAM 11.5 diff cover for 2014+?

If it's about Power Wagons, all generations, this is where it'll go. This is the original PWR Forum Power Wagon Technical Discussion Section. And this includes everything that doesn’t fit in any one of the other categories related to the truck goes here!

Solid AAM 11.5 diff cover for 2014+?

Post by AlaskaTRX » Tue Sep 18, 2018 2:06 pm

I’m curious if anyone runs this on the rear of their PowWag? https://www.solidaxle.com/productcart/p ... category=9

I have these on my crawler TJ and there were some contact issues before I put a larger lift on, didn’t know if I would have a similar experience on the ‘17 truck. They’re thick and very durable (and heavy), and reasonably priced.

I dunno if that is a new product or not, but YellowRanger in his build thread had one of these and it turned out it did not fit. Lot's of 3rd gen guys running them though. >> viewtopic.php?f=13&t=4334&p=82850&hilit=solid#p82850

The general consensus around here is Purple Cranium and Carli are the best bets. I've beaten the living hell out of my Purple Cranium diff guards and they are holding up fine.
