Barring finding an actual part number, can you get it to a Fastenal or Grainger and just measure it for a replacement?

yup, or find a local industrial shop that can make an O-ring for you, if they don't have something off the shelf that'll work.

Bearing/motion supply shops can usually do some sealing work as well. I've got a shop nearby that specializes in seals/packing/O-rings.

I’ve changed it several times replacing pumps, you may have to buy a new reservoir to get the factory piece, or just disassemble and match it up to an o ring at an industrial place or Napa etc.

The factory connection between the reservoir and pump has the o ring AND a little plastic restrictor that can get brittle with age. So don’t lose that or break it just FYI

I have an extra small parts bag leftover from the last time I did a pump and reservoir, it comes with screws, o-rings and the little plastic restrictor, part# 68034315AB. I don’t know if its available by itself, but I think that’s what you need.

Those look like they are for new PS I think I have some in my garage as well. Time to upgrade!

But if not, any hardware store that sells o'rings should have replacements just take your's in and find the matching size.

My parts were for an 09 1500, they may be different than an 05, but it’s the same as my 08.
Looking it up on the internet, there appears to be a change between 07 & 08. :patriot:

well I took the p/s pump off...and it turns out it wasn't the o-ring but the pump its self..rear was leaking from the c-ring...any chance anyone have part#s ...?...or any 3 bolt pump will work...reservoir looks fine and also the scene..

O.E. part #68034330AB $460.00 +-.

Lots of choices on Napa's website, depending on your configuration: New/Reman, W/ or W/O reservoir, W/ or W/O pulley.
I would get something local, from a nationwide chain that is name brand and has a lifetime warranty. Then carry the receipt in your truck for when it dies again.

Flush your P/S & brake fluid every 30K and the components will be happy longer. (especially brake fluid, it's hygroscopic) :patriot:

I don't know, maybe.
I would take the original pump to an auto parts store and make some comparisons side by side, focusing on mounting bosses, hose connections and pulley offset/shaft length.

A generic TC style pump will work. Much cheaper and can be had in higher output as well. Just needs a little work to mount a reservoir etc.

new upgrade on pump..all new no refub... got a steal on ebay...putting the pulley on was a pain..made sure it was the same distance from the rear of the pump as the original
