Replacing tow mirror arm cover

Post by rammit11 » Sat Jan 06, 2018 8:49 am

Hi, looking for some info on how difficult it is to replace the plastic arm cover on the factory tow mirrors on my '16 powerwagon. I had the unfortunate meeting of two rams on a two lane that was not plowed properly and I got the better end of the deal with only the plastic cover breaking , the other guy's mirror self destructed . Thanks for any info on this , Dave.

Simple enough.. did it myself. Had to break the old one as removing it was a pain... held on by clips... new one just snaps on...

Assuming its the black piece covering the front of the arm it was 20 to 30 bucks a piece if i remember right
