I just ordered some jba Shorty's and I was wondering what everyone recommended for bolts and gaskets?

I'd look into the Stage-8 kit. I'll be throwing them on my stock manifold. I'm not sure that they fit aftermarket stuff but it's very likely, unless the headers come with hardware

I had stage 8's locking bolts reusing the stock gaskets for 100k miles and never had a leak or needed to retighten the header bolts. They work. Highly recommended to alleviate future leaks. Small cost for extra insurance.

If the stock gaskets are steel they can be reused.

Ok....for real.....how hard is it to remove the exhaust manifolds. I really want to get rid of this exhaust ticking that's going on. It's so annoying!!!!!

I've had stage 8 fasteners on my headers for quite a few years with no problems.
