Front turn signal/parking LED question

Front turn signal/parking LED question

If this topic has been discussed before, I did not find it during the search. I have seen a few other Rams with their marker LED strips on and they are brighter than mine. They look like the brightness of when the turn signals are flashing which appears to be twice as bright as they are when the marker lights are on. Is this some type of modification? Or a different type of relay, or resistor? Thanks fellas!
