Front Reciever

Post by chrisjameswagner » Sat Jul 22, 2017 10:26 am

Anyone install a front receiver to the front of their rig? I have a 2012 and am looking for a front receiver to park a boat in a tight short approach spot. If so, what make? Thanks

You could probably whip something up pretty easily using the recovery hook brackets. Don't know if anyone makes one?

I believe drawtite makes one that uses the tow hook bolts. With the front winch any others may be a problem. I guess it depends on the size of your boat :) .

Looked at drawtite - solid product attaching to the tow hooks but cant get around the winch...

I put this one on my 17 as well. Spoke with curt mfg ahead of time and they claimed it would not work on the 2017, but it works great.
