4G Bumper Modifications
So after some wheeling earlier in the summer I popped off one side of the lower plastic part of the bumper. At that point I figured if I fixed it then it would just happen again. Sooo, I took the whole thing off, trimmed most of it down, and was left with just a small bit of the center. I put that piece back on and now this is what my front bumper looks like.

That looks pretty good! Now I know what to do with mine when it gets ripped off.

You should either go all the way to the edges (removing the same amount) or angle it from the fog light area to the front cut out height. Looks good though.

Going to the edges would have have been tough. Right where I trimmed in the middle is right where there are a series of oval holes in the plastic. There was really no way to trim any lower and then continue out to the sides.TwinStick wrote:You should either go all the way to the edges (removing the same amount) or angle it from the fog light area to the front cut out height.
