I will, but I have some in the Picture thread, and I think in the tire thread. Not to far from the last pages, I put them on last fall.

That looks fantastic!, Can you give more details about the leveling kit you used? And what kind of height did it give you?

Thanks!! yeah its the Thuren Fab overland front Spring and shock package. On his site he has a Power Wagon section. It comes with a new adjustable front Track bar. Mine is the 1.5 Inch level, he makes a 1/2" as well. They also have complete front and rear kit together, and He just added his complete King Shock kit as well. Carli is also coming out with a complete Power wagon Kit 2014 to present.

Does just going with the front Thuren kit make a noticeable difference in the ride quality of the truck? Is the rear suspension on your truck completely stock?

I will say this. 315's, although they should have come stock on the newer trucks, still look small. Just not as bad as the 285's. 37's will fill the wheel wells much better. I won't get 37's because I tow a lot during the summer. Plus I don't want to regear to 4.88's or 5.13's. That's a :cash: thing for me.

I did notice a difference from the stock spring/shock to his front package. Yes, my rear is stock spring, though I did add fox shocks to the rear, they were just stock replacement # for 1 " lift in rear. I do think a lot of the Jar over road bumps comes from the rear springs, and not having weight in the back. I also liked the look of it leveled more than stock, plus I have 37`s so they all went into my decision to do the front. I was trying this to keep rear springs and payload, though now I see I am more about taking it off road, so I will probably get his rear springs, and Kings at some point.

for anyone thinking of 37`s I would totally do the front.

I tow and wanted to be able to use chains still so i stuck with 35s and didn't level. I think that was the right fit for me.

IMO the truck should have came with 35's. 33's are just too small. With 37's you just have to sacrifice too much.

I think RAM was more interested in mpg with the all new and worthless MDS and spec'd the lightest, smallest off road tires. They certainly weren't thinking 35's. I would not go to 37's unless I could swap AT LEAST 4.88's with the current transmission.

Chevy and ford have had vehicles with factory installed 35" tires for years. RAM without a doubt should have went with 37s and 4.88s with the pw straight from the factory. Its a no brainer.

I wish mine had 4.56's. I would HAPPILY give up 1mpg for 4.56's. This is a performance truck we pay a premium for but I would never let Joe garage monkey do the gears on my vehicle. After having many regear jobs done on performance cars that were f'ed up I would drive 1000 miles to a reputable shop to have a regear done.

My take...if you're on a budget buy the front 3" springs, front white bodies, and rear track bar. The Power Wagon already comes with an extended track bar and you can't adjust the Thuren bar longer than 39 1/8". Wait until your front is worn out before buying a new one, the rear gives you a much more noticeable improvement in cornering and performance. I can't tel the difference between the Thuren rear springs and the factory, they are the same height and almost the same spring rate (if not the same). If you're not on a budget, buy the full system with Kings and Boogies.

Whats the over all truck height now for you guys? I assume the 35's and no leveling kit just bumped you maybe an inch. Might be off topic place for this but my rubicon was totaled this week and power wagon is at the top of the list (hence my question). Garage clearance at work is critical (no chance at home). Looking to clear 6'11''. My understanding is stock height is at 81" (6ft 9inches).

35's would be the natural tire size i would go to since I do not want to regear another vehicle right off the bat again (took 3 gear sets to get it right at the shop for the jeep). then maybe level the front. Insurance might let me keep my 315 70 17's as well.

Cheers!!!!

Thanks for the info Reloaderguy. I was leaning toward his rear Track bar, and a steering Brace, before I did his rear springs. Maybe ill just leave the rears and get kings at some point.

For anyone thinking of 37`s yeah there is a trade-off, the truck lugs a little more now, but once at highway speeds I really dont notice, just more around town.

With Toyo RT 35s i can clear a 6'10" garage. Anything less and i get freaked out. Maybe 6'9" would work but i ain't doing it. I already had an issue on my last truck a garage had to pay for when a metal strut for the sprinkler system was hanging below the posted height for months and not addressed...

Thanks, I went and picked up the new power wagon today. Will give it a go tomorrow. On the tape measure it looks like I will have an inch to spare but it was tough measuring in the rain today. Hopefully there is more than an inch as i already have an itch to get the 315's on there.
