U-Joints

The truck is a 2007, with a single piece steel rear drive shaft, the caps measure 1 3/16. Looking to replace the rear u-joints with the sealed Spicer life series. Now do I go with the 5-3207x 1415 series recommended by rockauto.com or 5-1410x 1410 series recommended by the guy at the counter?

Need a u-joint thread since they are a common replacement item.
