How to hardwire lockers on new gen trucks?

How to hardwire lockers on new gen trucks?

So again today I got stuck in a situation that my truck should not have got stuck Cuz I can use my lockers like I should be able to... And I hve no idea how lon it will be till Morgan gets me a bypass made so how would I go about wiring my front and rear lockers into a seperately switch? Are they simple 2 wire +/- wires or what's the deals? Or do I need to make a harness? Will wiring them seperate cause problems with the sway bar systems?

It's a two wire hook up per axle, just 12V and ground to the locker solenoid. They need to go through relays though and need at least 16 gauge wire. You are #16 on my list. Trying to get 3-4 out per week. so you're hopefully coming up before too terribly long...

Thanks Morgan. If I'm 16 and your cranking out 3-4 a week. Then I might get it before bear season starts in April when I will 100% need my lockers. I'm just wondering more for a short term solution until I can get the bypass done up or if I can't get it before bear season.
Awesome if it's 2 wire set up then I can easily wire it up to switchs/relays like I have before on my jeep I was jut worried it would be a stupid 3-5 wire setup

You have a 15 right? There are 4 wires on the front and 5 on the rear. The only two you need to use are for the solenoids. For the front, it's pins 1 and 4, and the rear is 4 and 6. Pos and neg don't matter...

Yes it's a 2015. What are the color of the wires of those pins? Since I'll have to splice them I won't be going off the pins. Or how are the pins #? Like clip on top 1-4 left-right?
Sorry I'm asking stupid questions this is different then the electronic locker I had in my jeep, I didn't have to figure out what wires dd what then since it was only 2, 1 power from the relay and the other grounded thew the lit switch so I knew when it was active

Here's the wiring info. Not sure why they list two wires on pin 1 and two wires on pin 6 on the rear connector. And you don't have to cut the wires, I have connectors available if you really want to hard wire yourself, even if temporary. These connectors aren't that expensive. I can send you front and rear with pre-crimped pig tails for not too much...

I am assuming the plug pins are # the same way front and rear since there's no pic for front?
So basically I run 12v + to the source and run locker return to ground threw the lit switch?

No, the front is a 4 pin connector. All of the trucks up to 2013 have the same 4 pin connector at both axles. In 2014 when they switched to the 11.5 AAM axle, they changed the rear to a 6 pin and added an extra sense return for whatever reason. The pin numbers are on the connectors though. On the 4 pin, pin 1 is in the same location and pin 4 is diagonal from pin 1.

And yes, 12V to source and ground to return.

I know you were not able to get the sense circuits wired through to your by-pass, and now the 14/15's have added an additional output to the rear locker connector. 1. Why do you think Ram added an additonal status pin--is it for some over heat, over torque, etc that by installing the by-pass we might be missing out on an important warning? 2. Is there any dangers or other unknowns you see with by-passing some of the smart cicruity and feedback sensors?

I feel confident that there aren't any issues with leaving this circuitry unmonitored. There's nothing that those sense wires are going to detect other than open or closed. Who knows why they added the 2nd wire. There's 1 member that converted his kit to the 14 plug and it's been running fine for a while now. I just sent him a PM to make sure all is well still.
