Thanks Colibri and Olyeir not to bad, I went with the lesser evil on the fender flares, didn’t want painted flares so these were the best I found.

That's a great wheeling destination when you can get there. Ice bergs calf off of a huge glacier about a mile away and get blown across a lake right to the end of the trail. Whatever's there at the end of summer gets trapped in the ice and stays all winter, and the lake freezes hard enough to drive on.

No, but it was near white out conditions most of the day. They may have been right around the next corner. My little group actually missed the turn off through the moraine down to the lake the first time because the trails were hidden under new snow and we couldn't see any of the surrounding terrain for reference. I happened to look at my GPS track and a satellite imagery screenshot on my phone (no signal out there) to figure out that we overshot it and how far we needed to back track.

Had better weather this weekend, so my little wheeling group from last weekend made another run out to the glacier before break-up hits. The days are getting warmer, it was a wet, slushy/icy trip out. All that sun also made travel on the lake a lot easier as the snow was wetter, not as deep and had better traction on the ice.
