If I were to start building these bumpers, front or rear. How many of you would be interested?

I would be looking most likely around:

$500 for the rear
$500 for the front add $150 for a brush guard

If I get enough interest I will go ahead and invest in the material.

All I would need is for you to send me the bumper brackets from your current stock bumper as I take them and beef them up. The bumpers are a bolt on and the only modification required is that you cut off the bottom half of your
rear quarter panel.

Shipping will be the biggest headache. If anyone has any suggestions let me know to cut down on shipping cost.

It is awesome, I need to get use to the responsivess as I am so use to the cusion that the old tierod ends provided. She turns a lot easier as well.

Once again... cudos to Don at Thuren Fabrication, excellent work.

The "Y" steering was not shot, no. I do feel more control now, and I need to get use to it as the slightest movement in the steering wheel and the truck moves. With the Y steering I had to move a little more of the steering wheel before I got movement.

Love it

I think he's referring to the note on Dons page stating "MUST CHECK THAT THE NEW HEMI ON TOP OF THE PASSENGER SIDE KNUCKLE WILL CLEAR THE EXISTING WHEEL. YOU MUST HAVE ENOUGH ROOM FOR A 1.5" DIAMETER 1.75" TALL CYLINDER
ON TOP OF THE EXISTING TIE ROD END NUT. MOST STOCK WHEELS DO NOT FIT WITH THIS
STEERING
."

BUT, there's also another note on there that says a new design is in the works...

:secret: There is no most. Power Wagons have been sold with the same stock rims since 2005. It would either fit or it wont. Thats why i asked. OX does not have stock Power Wagon rims but it does have stock Hummer H2 rims that have been modified, on his Power wagon. I was just wondering if the stock Power Wagon rims would work.

The set up Danny put on is the new design, it uses the OEM passenger side TRE so it fits with stock wheels. Don is still making the original design that requires aftermarket wheels as well.

I sense sarcasm, I copied the website, biased on the words, just throwing it out there and noted he had an updated design...maybe next time you should just call Don himself and ask. :D

No sarcasm here. Just asking a simple question. Yes, i have been on the site & read that. But talking to/asking someone who actually has it on their truck, which is a lot like my truck, is usually the best/fastest way to get an accurate answer. I am direct & to the point or at least i try to be.

My recent upgrade.

Added LED lights to my rear bumper.

The two in the middle work off my reverse lights. The if I need extra lighting to the sides, I throw the toggle switch and wammm... Morelighting.
