AWESOME JOB !!!!!!! I love it. Function and form. Lots of light, strong enough to take an animal strike & tucked in good around the edges. What more can you ask for ? Maybe some front coils down the road if she starts sagging too much.

Thx twin!! I'll have to talk to thuren if I get sagging on his springs lol. I spent half a day chasing cows and the bumper did a excellent job at turning them round with some nudging. Some not so light bumps. Really happy with the beam pattern I was able to come up with. Low beam isn't obtrusive but high beam is a huge spread. Hard to get a good picture of it. But high beam mode gets me almost 150° width with a solid Center throw. And that's before the lightforce come on and the light bar. Now to see if it holds up to some mild off roading lol

Steering day. All new front end! Only one joint was really bad. As in it came out of its cup. And I hammered it back in. Drove the rest of the week. Replaced it with moog again. All under the lifetime warranty so it's costing me nothing. And I got 160-180k km out of the last set so no complaints. Can't justify the cost of anything else really.

How far did you end up driving on just the hydro assist?

Little over 60miles. Little bit around the city then all the way home on the highway. I didn't realize it was completely disconnected until I got home. I thought it was just loose

First time it’s been washed since last July. Changed out the pw flares for a bushwhacker knock off. Also all that Bedliner rocker guard.....destroyed. It’s bad. Oh well. Time for a new idea

I used a DuPont kit. it's ok. I'm almost convinced I'm bedlining the whole truck soon. Going to find a company that would guarantee it. Running gravel at 70 mph and tires that pick up rocks fairly easily is just destructive. The whole underside gets a sand blasting daily

I've seen a few completely done. Mind you with the he way good bedliner is the whole body could deteriorate and the bedliner would bold the shape lol. But good to know thanks!

The beauty of the Dura-Bak is that it has small rubber particles in it, that cushion the stone impacts & you can put as many coats on as you want. Just follow the directions to the letter.

THUREN LT LEAVES!!! Are here. Going to be installing them today or tomorrow.
Durabak works well in bedliner but as rocker guard I really don't know. Not even my exhaust Tip survives the rock rash

You mean THESE!!! It sucks balls doing these by yourself. So heavy and awkward. But they are in. So far I’m happy. They are noticeably smoother on the small bumps. About 1/2” more height over the pw leaves. Time will tell. My 2 am 4 mike drive wasn’t enough to get a good feel for them.

Neal, I dig your custom ice, salt, sand, mud undercoating. Seems to form a solid protective barrier around the entire truck.

It also makes good camouflage in the fall😂 Solid barrier is a way to describe it. Probably adds a few pounds but you know.
