Rear Tube Bumper Build
OK here is my rear tube bumper build. I used the stock hitch frame brackets and worked off of those. I am welding in a 3" dia 0.250 wall tube between the brackets. Everything will be out of .250" wall. I am just tacking everything together for now until I get it the way I want, then I will remove it and fully weld it and paint it.

I started on the side hoops I used 1.25" dia tube 3/16th's wall. We dont have a tube bender at work so I tried my best using some elbows that we had lying around.

I can't wait till I get home in Nov time frame, as that is one the first things I am going to do it "OX" will be going in for some sculpting, Spoke to Whitey about his bumper, and I plan on doing something between what you have and Whitey. We will see, with my redneck ass there is no telling what it will turn out looking like.
