Did I mention I really want to regear to 4.88, bc I do. Also looking for a tuner that will recalibrate my trans and speedo for the 37s.

Does anyone have a current mfg and part number list for 4.88 gears on a 2014+ PW?
I agree. Thats what has kept me from putting 37s on the truck in the first place. I feel like I want to do a gear swap even with the stock tires.

Check Aduleca’s build page, I think he has info on his gear swap.

$175 and 15minutes of install and my parking sensors are functional again. Just waiting on the $55 bumper step pad to come in.

Also picked up a used 37" General Grabber as a spare. Will get it mounted to the spare wheel soon.

Next will be the spare tire bed mount.

Mounted up my front Diff Guard, by far the simplest "Mod" I've done to any vehicle.

Trimmed up the inner fenders in the front (over trimmed and patched).

Also got my rear bumper pad replaced and chopped my exhaust. No more melty bumper for me.

Things left to do before Moab:
-Mount Spare Tire
-Mount Air Compressor
-Install Steering Brace
-Mount Fire Extinguisher
-Engine Oil and Diff Fluid Change
-Properly setup WD hitch

surprised how much you melted the bumper...

that is exactly where i was going to dump mine... you certainly did forget to add a turndown tip. you can turndown and lose clearance. the velocity of the exhaust at 4k would have put that heat directly into the pavement.

you certainly made me more cautious as i look at my exhaust setup. i may tuck the tube and turndown just before the rear bumper.

To be honest, not really but I guess its more of a preventative maintenance sort of thing.

Made it out on a trail last week near Coral Pink Sand Dunes in Southern Utah. Its a gorgeous trail that runs along the backside of Zion National Park. The truck performed flawlessly and surprised more than a few people to see a full size rig tackling obstacles that rzrs were having trouble on.

It did really well. The 35s, 4.88s, and rear lunchbox locker helped.

After a rough trail last weekend and an unnecessary heavy right foot, I tore up my Nittos. Shale and tire spin don't mix.

Messed up all 4 tires, missing a a lot of tread.

37-12.5 Cooper STT Pros mounted yesterday. These things are mean! Road noise seems minimal but they do rub quite a bit on the radius arms/sway bar. Hub/Lug centric spacers or new wheels may be in my future.

Quick update. I've got about 4500miles on the Coopers and they are performing great. Very little noise.

I took it to the dealer for the two recalls and had them take care of the TPMS light via the AEV Procal. They also reflashed the trans and throughout the process of the recalls, my Hill Descent control now works. I can finally adjust the speed when going downhill in 4wd and I have to say, its pretty great.

I just got back from an annual trip to Lake Powell - Lone Rock Beach and had no issues keeping up with locked jeeps and tacomas on the sand and slick rock. Pictures to come.

That's good that the dealer took care of you.

I've camped on Lone Rock beach with my motorhome. Good fishing in that lake.

@RustyPW, yes great fishing. This was our 9th annual trip. We've been camping at the Lone Rock Cove for the past 4, always a great time.

This year we had about 35 people.

We've been to Lake Powell 3 times. 1st time we camped at Bullfrog. 2nd time camped at Lone Rock. 3rd time this year. We rented a 75ft houseboat at Bullfrog. Went south on the lake about 60 miles. Had 3 boats and 2 jet ski's with us, and 18 people. All family members.

Offroad I set my pressure to 18-22 psi. The tires don't flex much and i'm tempted to go down to 15 but afraid of breaking a bead.

I was towing my 8000lb+ trailer w/WD hitch in the sand at 22psi.

To me, the overall "look" of the tire is more important than some PSI number. I have always started off by lowering the tires down to the point that they "look" good. Then check the pressure numbers (mainly just so you know it) and go from there with trial and (hopefully not) error. Eventually you will then know what a good pressure is for your tire/vehicle setup.

Just because they are at a PSI number that many people may run doesn't mean that they will work for your particular setup. Even if the pressure was at a staggering low 8 PSI and the tires still looked way too stiff (which they never would under a power wagon!), then you should safely be able to lower the pressure more yet.
