I want to go to Moab pit! Well see works been good and busy and supplying me with as much as I want so I'm debating on it with a few others maybe!

Rear truss just needs to be massaged a bit more so the gaps aren't as big and I get more area to weld to on the tops! I just used some heat shrink tubes for now to close up my air locker actuator line until my compressor set up is good to go and I'm waiting on hub seals some
New u bolts and a solution for the rear driveshaft being a C you NEXT Tuesday a hair to long for the new diff. Also id like to slap some
New wheel speed sensors on there as I think the old one will be damage coming out and it will make install faster I plan on just tack welding the cable holder/ the brake line holder that goes around the diff breather "normally" as I relocated diff breather and just used 1/4" npt pipe adaptor and fitting to give me a new breather. Looking forward to having this thing together piece by piece she's coming along! I do believe for my truck and for tims trucks you don't actually have to correct for gear ratio changes as tims truck (09) references the speed of the vehicle off the tone wheel on the actual ring and pinion. Since that doesn't change when the ring and pinion changes it shouldn't matter. My truck uses it's speed signals from abs sensors on each wheel so since I am not changing my overall tire diameter/ ratio and just the diff ratio I don't think I will need changes to my ecu/ programming.

Then I expected but I may be able to make it work
In the spot I originally wanted where the spare used to go.

That's looking really good man, poly has some cool clamps for running brake lines down tubing, could make it real easy to do your custom lines following the truss

let's hope not! Hopefully the welded tubes will help against any in expected impacts. A friend of a friend came over while I was just finishing up and said he'd really be interested to help
Me out by making some
Fish plates for the frame rails to strengthen them and also around coil
Bucket areas as well as help me build a new bed cage with a spare mount and some provision for an emergency jack my bed mounted tool storeage and possibly a new area for some sort of roof too tent I was thinking an easy base like this! Not sure if I want to hold off and jut but a sweet trailer with an rtt built into it. That way I can just dump it and truck on if I feel the urge! I just worry about having to back up in a tight trail with it on there....:/

You aren't running a shorter driveshaft?? The PW shaft is too long. Or were u running the 11.5 already with the shorter shaft I can't remember....

I got yea. Looks good. When I can manage to get a second truck for work I might be takin a few pages from your book n goin all out. I'll stick with 4.56 gears though. For me it's similar ratio as your 5.13s. Now get some seat time and tell us how it is!!

Filled with enough nitrogen he won't need springs with the size of those bad boys.
