Filled up the rear axle today, along with hubs and the ballistic fab cover she took a little over 9 quarts of gear oil lol. Also put 2 gp101 filtermags in there to keep metallic particles from wearing the ARB orings prematurely. Put them in the casting and they're so strong my socket kept sticking to the cover bolts on that side.
Buttoning up the parking brakes and then getting the wheels on and setting her on her own weight again to torque the suspension down.

Who did you end up going with for the horns? PattonFab? I need to clean up and paint my Carli and CJC bumper before I put them on.

Patton horns up front and a Thuren style rear. I love the cjc rear bumper, and very curious to see how you integrate the fairlead into the front

The rear is about done and the front axle is on the truck today! Still plenty of work on the front end, next up is balljoints and wheel bearings.
Ridetech 5 gal. aluminum air tank should be here today and arb twin compressor and powertank jet pack 2 show up Monday. So next week I'll start plumbing the air system.
Decided to install an on board fire suppression system with two zones, engine bay/trans tunnel and gas tank/transferflow fuel cell. Going with manually operated coldfire systems and a couple of halotron handheld units in the cab for electrical fires. Stuff is ordered and should be here soon.

Did the carli ball joints this weekend, holy sh*t! removing the cooked in joints from when creative fab trussed it was insanely hard. Used my snap on press and a breaker bar with a hilift handle extension and I barely was able. A few times a joint would let loose a little and it sounded like a gun going off and I thought I broke my press lol. Got the knuckles back on and the spindles cleaned and painted. Front should be back together soon.

All the major components for the pneumatic system are here, ckma12 and jetpack solely for the lockers and the ckmat12 for tires and tools with the 5 gal ridetech aluminum tank. Decided to forego electronics to activate the lockers and instead use clippard mjtv-3 air toggles.
Fire systems showed up today, got two halgaurd handhelds and two coldfire suppression units. Going to plumb one to the engine bay and one to the fuel tanks and keep a handheld in front of each front seat.

You'll always rule the rocks man, I wouldn't even try to follow you through some of the stuff you do lol. Thanks, I can't wait to get her running, but soon as she's drivable it's off to the fab shop to get the steering and a few other things taken care of. Toying with the idea of getting some motor and trans mounts made while its at the shop. How do you like the tom woods shaft you had Jeff? Trying to decide between them and a place that does aluminum rear shafts.

Got a little side project done today, drivers side a pillar got swapped out for the srt unit and both a pillar grab handles got reinforced with geno's garage billet aluminum hardware. Ran the cable for the diablosport and installed the gauge pod adapter so I can use it to monitor the transmission temp.

Nice! I did similar and love Geno's A-pillar kit, although when I got mine it was from the guy who makes the kits (at a higher cost though).
Post some pictures with the programmer installed. Looking good!

I've thought, a couple times, how the grab handles are weak. I wasn't aware there was a reinforcement kit. That's an awesome idea.
