No drone, sounds great under load :excited:

But I won't be able to be incognito when playing anywhere near a police officer now.

I have to amend my thoughts on the exhaust. I Must say the exhaust has more improvements in power than I thought. It is not something I can tell by the seat of the pants. Well sort of...

I took my normal trip to the property. I honestly didn't notice any improvement until I took one of my normal routes.

1) I noticed no more downshifting on the usual hills where while on cruise it would downshift every time on the various encountered hills.

2) I always floor the truck on the Highway 83 entrance ramp to I-10. It normally hits 80 to 85mph by the time I need to merge. Now for the first time ever I hit 100mph before the end of the ramp. I actually had to hit the brakes to merge for the first time ever. Power seems to really come on above 4000rpm where the Cam and short-runner change.

3) I found on the steep hill that I call my drive way. I needed far less throttle to climb the hill. I'm developing more power in about all rpm ranges. It is a little less noticeable than my tuner but far more that I at first detected with a short stop and go run back from the exhaust shop on I-10 and a few short trips on surface streets for errands.

Thanks Mark for your input it made me willing to give it a try and now I'm really happy with my latest Mod!

I really like the exhaust now and can definitely say that if you tolerate a little deeper and louder exhaust note while under power, you will love the upgrade. I suspect the combination of both the free flow muffler and the Y-Pipe make more power than one would think. The 100mph on ramp run really caught my attention today!
