Your valving is off on rebound by quite a bit in the back. The front compresses too quick and need a bit more valving as well. I thought you put Dons 3.5 front and 2.5 bypasses in the back. It is very odd for it to be so far off from Don. Check the nitrogen 250 to 300 front and 200 to 250 rear if I recall correctly. That will help your compression if it is too low. Rebound is all valving though. You should check the nitrogen before each major outing.

Your going to discover rear shock mount issues along with a host of body and motor/transmission mount issues if you can't get better control of that suspension. Hell even with better control your going to have those upper rear shock mount issues. Take that bed off and do the Carli upper shock mount kit ASAP. If that is Don's shocks show him your collection of videos with those new shocks and he can help dial it in.

Shock mounts have a modification to them already. Shocks are Carli 3.0's still. And the valving sucks for my "set up" so I'm told by Carli. AZ guess you don't follow this thread very much lol the trucks seen a lot of use last few months even with the poor valving and everything has been okay. Carli recommends 250psi for kings I have front and rear at 300psi. The things I worry about now are frame tweaking and rear axle tubes pulling out. And Carli doesn't help dial stuff in unless you send your shocks to them. Or buy new ones. My king IBP' 3.5's are being built as we speak along with 3.0' short body quad bypasses for the rear. Those will
Be Thuren stage 6+. atlas long travel leafs are also waiting for me in Oregon off a friends 6" Thuren truck with a canti. So the rear should be pushing 16-17" of travel with new shocks and front much more controlled. With the light valving I have less stress on the shock mounts anyways because the shocks are basically just along for the ride and the bumps stops are taking over. Granted I need to space the rear bumps down if I was going to keep these shocks in another .25" cause I'm using 98% of shock shaft on full boogie compression. Motor mounts have also been hardened up just transmission/ cross member mounts are untouched. So far no cracks yet. But they are getting soft. I'm thinking of asking don if he will make me a 10.5 aam rear truss and weld my tubes when I am there in a few months for some upgrades just to be on the safe side. And I would like to get some plating done around the middle frame area and possibly the coil buckets. Our trucks being that much lighter in the front then a cummins Deffinately helps prolong component life.
